The Morning Fruit Trip
Call me crazy but it's been working for me for the past 25 years or so! Want to clear out that big dinner from last night or those midnight snacks - ouch! Just eat fresh fruit in the am! Take it out of the fridge the night before and leave it on the counter for a reminder or pack it in your lunch! If it's not real cold it adjusts to your 98.7 degree body much easier too. The trick is, give your hugely long intestine a break and time to digest yesterdays bounty, fresh is best. That's because it's alkaline! You won't need any antacids! Once fruit is cooked it turns acidy! Enjoy - stock up on a beautimous variety of availability; blueberries, kiwis, oranges, grapes, mangoes, watermelon & the list goes on..........& don't worry about missing the bacon! You can eat it at lunch.....after all elephants are really big & energetic & I bet they only eat leaves for breakfast!
